Turnaround is typically one to three business days for standard faults, same-day for minor issues like software reinstalls or screen replacements with parts in stock. Second, IT setup and support for small businesses: structured cabling, Wi-Fi access point placement, router configuration, antivirus deployment, and staff orientation. We work on-site across Kitale and the surrounding Trans Nzoia County. Third, product supply: we source computers, accessories, networking hardware, and office electronics from verified Nairobi distributors, at prices that reflect actual wholesale rates — not Kitale's usual retail markup. All services carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee.

Do you charge for the initial diagnostic?
No. If you bring your device in and we assess it, the diagnostic is free when you proceed with the repair. If you decide not to repair, there is a KSh 300 assessment fee to cover our technician's time — we tell you this upfront so there are no surprises.
Can you come to my office rather than me bringing equipment in?
Yes. On-site visits are available Monday to Friday within Kitale town at a flat call-out rate of KSh 800. For locations outside town — Kiminini, Endebess, Cherangany — we charge KSh 1,500 plus actual transport cost. We confirm the total before we dispatch.
How long does a typical laptop repair take?
Screen replacements where the part is in stock: same day if you drop it before noon. Motherboard-level faults: two to four business days after diagnosis. Data recovery jobs vary — a healthy drive with accidental deletion takes a few hours; a physically damaged drive can take up to a week.
What warranty do you give on repairs?
All workmanship is covered for 30 days from the date you collect the device. Parts sourced from Nairobi distributors carry the manufacturer's original warranty, which we register on your behalf where the distributor allows it.
